Ein interessanter Artikel zum Thema #Biogas dessen Feststellungen man aus Sicht #Ökobilanz (#LCA) durchaus nachvollziehen kann. In seiner Nachvollziehbarkeit jedoch steckt auch die Kritik an diesem Artikel: #Ökobilanzen (bzw. ihre Betrachtungsweise wie in obigem Artikel bewusst oder unbewusst angewendet) verleiten leicht dazu bei der Betrachtung eines Systems in einem #Weltmodell zu enden. Rasch werden z.B. #CO2Emissionen aus geographisch entfernt stattfindenden Prozessen, wie insbesondere in einem modernen global vernetzten System der #Energiewirtschaft oft der Fall, einem lokalen Kunden alloziert. Auch um das zu verhindern gestattet jedoch z.B. #ISO14044 (und nicht nur dieser Standard) grundsätzlich die Verwendung von #Systemgrenzen (eine gängige Praxis bei Systemanalysen). #Systemgrenzen können auch der Verschiebung des #VerursacherPrinzip ausschliesslich in Richtung Nutzer (Kunden) vorbeugen.
