enerMET v1.3.8beta5 released

The most recent release of enerMET (enerMET-data.ch) comprises in the version 1.3.8beta4 a number of improvements:
- call for roundshot camera for selected location
- standard stations for continents added
- blog added to enerMET page
- review of code and elimination of minor bugs
- update of the help-function
- three designs (slateBlack, WhiteStar, NightSky) are available
